Few more pics of boys

Mr. Potato Head is another favorite of ours...actually, we received Mr., Mrs., and baby potato head for Christmas from Aunt Kristen....its great! Caleb and I build the potato head family and TJ takes all the pieces out. We have a wonderful system!
Caleb loves to help....so, he is helping with the swiffer and helping me bake by stirring the flour....the flour got all over his clothes and on the floor...but it was a good activity for both of us. He had a great time!

TJ is helping out with the puzzle pieces...actually we call him TJ Destructo because he always likes to tear things down...so, Caleb will build a puzzle or tower with blocks and Destructo will take it apart.

Friends in Ohio

The boys are having snack with our neighbor, Andrew...they love to go next door and see if Andrew is home. We are so thankful for such great neighbors!
We have met a great family from church who has a few classes with Kevin. They have 5 children and their youngest is Caleb's age. Caleb loves to have them over...there is always someone for him to play with.

One of our friends from Kevin's work, Sherry, came over for dinner with her daughter and a friend. It is so nice to have friends to hang out with and whom the boys love to play with.
They allowed Caleb to "play" with their cell phones...pretty brave of them. I guess it helped that their batteries were dead. Anyways, Caleb was very excited to use new phones and text lots of people.

Some snow pics

There were quite a few days in February where we received a bit of snow. Kevin even missed work cause of it. So, we had some fun snow days then! Caleb loves the snow...he loves to walk it and crunch his shoes in it.

Caleb's favorite thing to do in the snow was to help Kevin shovel the driveway...so Kevin bought him a kid's shovel...which was cool for a little bit but not as awesome as Daddy's shovel.

Caleb gets ready to go outside and play in the snow...sporting the bibs!

Various pics of boys

Gotta love the laundry basket...it has so many uses other than to put laundry in.
Here are the snapper puzzle pieces Caleb loves. Kevin's mom got them for us...our friend helped him make this butterfly. But they are easy to put together and Caleb loves to make his rendition of a tractor with them.
The boys having snack together...one of their favorite things to do. Have snack at the little picnic table.

Nicer weather

We had some warmer weather the last few days. So, the boys and I have been outside a little bit. It has been great to take them out especially because we got a horrible stomach flu on Saturday and it wiped us all out. We have thankfully recovered now and are eating more normal food and not as many crackers.

TJ is officially a walker now. He took his first steps a month or so ago, but is now just realizing that walking is pretty cool. He loves walking from one person to the next or from one side of the room to the other. He uses furniture to help him stand and then he is off. I will put some pictures of him walking soon and then you can see our little Superman TJ walking. He holds one arm out in front and the other bent near his face for balance. He looks like a little superman boy. It's quite cute.

Caleb likes for TJ to "walk to me" and is trying very hard not to push his brother down. We are definitely working on that one! The boys do get along quite well...I'm amazed! Actually, one day this week when Caleb was sick, he took 2 naps during the day and the boys napping schedule was off so one would be awake while the other was sleeping. TJ would be so sad without Caleb. He seemed so bored without his brother. He's definitely the second child and used to having someone around all the time!

Caleb is our little chatterbox. He is always talking about something...most of it involves..."TJ blah, blah, blah, TJ". My mom said it was good we named him TJ...very easy for Caleb to say!
Caleb loves to play with his kitchen he got from Christmas and his snapper puzzles pieces. We also play his favorite game "Brown Bear, Panda Bear" everyday before nap time. His favorite Bible stories right now are David and Goliath and the story of Jesus calming the storm when on the boat with his disciples. Caleb says "God saves us" and "Be calm".

I'll try to get some pics out...the boys are growing up so quickly!
