God has blessed us with a great church here and some really great friends! We are very thankful for all the families who have become friends with us. One family has really helped us out by watching the boys and becoming our friends. It has been a huge blessing. There are 10 children in this family 8 girls and 2 boys. The youngest girl is 11 and they love children. So, when we first moved here they offered to hold TJ for me when he was 3 months old. I was very grateful for that. Ever since that, they have held TJ every Sunday we went to church. I always felt guilty to give up my mom duties, but they loved holding him even now when he is 15 months old. They have also babysat for us many many times! It is pretty amazing to only live somewhere for 1 year and be able to have a babysitter you can trust right from the beginning! I wish they could move with us to Maryland, but like my mom says God will provide another wonderful family in Maryland. And we will also be close to family so that will be great! They have also been great friends to us also. I would always talk with them at church. And they were so nice to let me chat on and on! They also accepted Kevin and I as the fun quirky people we are. Its hard to find people who accept you as you are unless they are family! Thank you!!! So, I wanted to write a little something special about each one of them....for each one has their own special qualities and I'm thankful for them! I'll start with the oldest!
Kendra-What can I say...I wish I could be as organized as she is. She helps her mom keep the house running and always knows what events occurred at each base they lived at. Its amazing!
Shannon-She sews, actually she is a professional seamstress, she plays piano, more like professional piano player, she makes cakes and decorates them, yay, a professional baker! She is quite talented!
Hannah-I do have to say #3 is a great number. (Okay, not bias because I'm the third in my family). She is a super sweet girl who has an amazing love for history! She is great with kids and fun to talk with!
Kathleen-Quite talented also...she plays a mean harp. Caleb loves to hear her play at her concerts. She also is great at cutting/styling hair. She does many of her sisters hair everyday and has cut my hair also and way better than the salon! She is also super great with kids and fun to shop with! : )
Josiah-Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to get to know Josiah that well cause he went to college for the year we were here. But, I know he is a great guy who loves the Lord and is super smart!
Lydia-She is such a sweet, generous, humble girl. She graduated high school this year and will do great in the next year of school! I will miss doing nursery with her.
Christina-I love talking with Christina cause I'm never sure what her response will be to my question. She seems to be quiet, but she has great spunk! : ) She is also quite the talented architecturer with legos. I'm amazed at the buildings she can build with legos!
Sarah-What a beautiful smile and heart she has...she also has some fun interests. Other than being a wonderful violist, she loves Lord of the rings and Star Wars. I also just learned that she loves doing puzzles especially really big ones.
Gabriel-Caleb loves to play with big boy Gabriel. He is also great with kids and a responsible young man.
Serena-The baby of the family is quite articulate and responsible also. I have had many conversations with her at church and always enjoy them. She has become TJ's buddy at church. She is also quite the little reader!!
Well, of course their parents are amazing for raising 10 awesome children who love the Lord most importantly! They have taught and challenged us in the Lord in raising our boys. We are so grateful to them for bringing their children up in the Lord and for the service that they allow their children to partake in. This family is quite busy with watching children and many other service activities for other families! Thank you to the whole family for being such a blessing in our life and for showing God's love to me, Kevin and the boys! We will miss you!

It was fun getting caught up on you guys and seeing all the new pics. Good friends are to be treasured, and I know God is going to continue to bless you with good friends in your new home. This family certainly sounds like the parents are doing things right! I will be praying for you through all the travel and fun family time. Love, Mom Cravens
