Thanksgiving

We drove up to N Carolina to visit my 2 big brothers and their families for Thanksgiving this year. Yay...we live on the east coast and can drive to see family. The driving is not super fun...but we made it. It is a long day in the car with the kiddos! Thankfully, the traffic was fine and we were not delayed. My parents were there as well as my aunt and uncle and my cousin and his family!  So, it just filled my heart up to be with all the family.  We stayed at my oldest brother, Tommy's house 4 nights and that is also where Thanksgiving was celebrated. My sweet nieces shared their rooms and the boys stayed with their nephew, Bryce. Sleepover for 4 nights....awesome! :  )

We spent the first day at my brother, Mark's house with his family. They have 4 kids...my twin nieces are 5 and Grant is 3 and baby Kate is 6 months old. She is soooo sweet and smiley and beautiful.  The kids had a blast playing and playing!!!  We went to the playground on Thursday morning to get out of the house for a bit. It was soo cold there. We have already gotten used to the warm weather in Florida.  We love the winter here.  :  )  Sorry, I got sidetracked. There were 12 grandkids and a friend
at Thanksgiving plus 14 adults and 3 cats and 1 dog. It was a full fun house! We had a great time and yummy food! My mom made the pies on Wed and people could not wait to eat a piece of pumpkin pie so a few people had some on Wed night...we will not tell on those people. It actually was not me. :  ) If it doesn't have chocolate, then why bother!!!  Haha!

Friday we went to the children's museum...of course it was crazy busy, but it was a big museum so it worked out just fine. Unfortunately, the weather was not great for outside play. So we needed to get out. The 3 boys did get to play flag football on Friday afternoon and had a blast.

Enjoy the pics. I am going to try and get some more posts out.

So glad you got to spend Thanksgiving with your family! :) Thanksgiving by yourself (Just immediate family) is so boring! :)
