Trucks, trucks, and more trucks

We went to the "Touch a Truck" event here in Greene County on Saturday. The boys had a great time. Caleb was in truck wonderland! He was shy at sitting in the first truck, but then caught on real quick. He would sit in one truck and enjoy that, then he was off to the next truck. There were school buses, trash trucks (Our favorite Wednesday activity is when the trash trucks come.), fire trucks, police cars, the Brinks truck, tractors (another favorite), bobcats, commercial lawn mowers, (another favorite...you could adjust the seat of this one), and a few different tow trucks! It really was a boy's dream come true! The weather was beautiful also which made it even nicer to be out.

On Friday night, our friend Sherry went to dinner with us and then to the playground to play until it got dark. She rode her motorcycle over to our house, so we thought Caleb would like to see it. He greatly enjoyed sitting on it and trying out all the buttons! His Grandma Fagley would have been jealous that he got to sit on the motorcycle. My mom loves to ride on motorcycles...she doesn't own one...thankfully. But I'm sure wouldn't mind having a friend to give her a ride. It just makes me smile to think of MY mom on a motorcycle. If you know my mom, I'm sure you are smiling also! Love you mom! : ) : )

What a fun idea! I think Aria would have loved that event too! There are a bunch of old tractors by my parent's house, and Aria has always enjoyed sitting on them. I think one of her first words was "tractor." Silly girl. :)
