I forgot to put pictures up about Caleb's birthday. He turned 5 on December 13th. He picked cheese fondue for dinner and picked a Buttermilk devil's food cake with butter cream frosting for dessert. It ended up being a busy day for us on his birthday. We had Bible study in the morning and then I made his cake during rest time then we had dinner, went to Caleb's basketball practice, and came home for dessert. Caleb got some books, Connect 4, and some clothes for his birthday. We have been playing lots of Connect 4. Abigail even likes to put the pieces in and try to play.
We made some sugar cookies with butter cream frosting for Christmas today. It was fun. The boys helped me to cut and bake the cookies and then we frosted and put sprinkles on them when Kevin got home! Thankfully, Kevin has tomorrow and Monday off and will take the next Friday off as well. He has been busy with work lately so its nice to have him home.
