Abigail's bday

Abigail is officially 3 now!!! She was very excited for her birthday today and has already claimed being 3 since May.  TJ was so sweet and he remembered it was her birthday and told her first thing when he woke up. I was so proud of him for remembering.  He definitely wakes up more conscious than I do....I did actually remember first thing...but there have been other kids bdays that I have forgotten in the morning!!! Oh for God's grace as a mommy, huh?

We met a few friends at the park/splash pad. I will say that they have some great playgrounds here with splash pads.  So, it makes for an easy birthday party.  We ordered cupcakes from the grocery store. I normally am a snob of grocery store cakes and cupcakes, but the grocery store here makes really yummy ones.  So, I decided that it was worth it...just don't have a whole lot of extra energy these days.  They decorated the cupcakes like a cake with Woody and Jessie and Buzz Lightyear.  Abigail loves Jessie from Toy Story and loves dogs. So, we went with the Jessie cupcake.  She was very excited.  She had a lovely birthday party and I am so glad. God has given us a very special little girl and we are thankful!
