Golf camp

The base offered a golf camp/golf lessons last week and we decided to sign the boys up and see how they did. Our neighbors were signed up as well and the boys love to play with them so we thought it would be a fun time.  And it was.  Caleb and TJ had a great time learning to play golf and spending time with their friends.  Included in the camp was their own set of golf clubs. So, they will have to play with Papaw sometime...maybe next time he comes to visit. 

On the last day they played 4 holes of real golf on the course...each hole was a par 3.  They really enjoyed that and were looking forward to it all week.  Abigail and I drove the golf cart and that was very fun for Abigail.  She was entertained by the ride and watching the boys. I was thankful the last day went well cause I was a little nervous about the heat.  The high was 114 that day.  Thankfully, we golfed from 8-10 am...so, it was only like 95-100 in the morning.
