A visitor from Ohio

We had a great visit from our friend. Christina, from Ohio!! We are thankful we met her family when we lived in Ohio!! They were so wonderful to us when we lived there! She came for 2 weeks.  We didn't do anything too exciting, but we had lots of fun at home playing LOTS of games, taking walks and playing outside. We taught her how to play Sleeping Queens, Rat a Tat Cat, and Fruit Ninja.  If you have kids ages 4-10 then these are great games.  They are fun to play as an adult as well! :  )

We did take her to Legoland one day.  We were able to ride some rides, eat lunch, then take a walk through mini city before it rained and rained and rained. We tried to wait it out, but it was not clearing so we headed home!!!  We really enjoy Legoland! It is a good place for our kids' ages!

The kids and Christina (well more Christina) caught a little snake and saw another bigger snake in our yard. It was quite exciting!  Christina also took many walks with Abs and Nathaniel while I did school with Caleb and TJ. They saw rabbits, turtles, and otters.
